No. Halo Haus operates by appointment only to ensure each guest receives a personalized experience. To schedule an appointment, please book online or call/text (407) 335-1224.

All new nail clients must arrive with bare natural nails. Halo Haus specializes in natural nail care and structured gel services and does not work with acrylics, dip powder, or products applied by other salons. We only remove products previously applied by Halo Haus.

Starting with bare nails allows us to properly assess nail health and create the best foundation for long-lasting results.

All new facial clients begin with a Skin Consultation. During this appointment, we'll evaluate your skin, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan.

If you choose to receive a facial the same day, your $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your facial service. Future appointments can be booked directly as facial treatments without the need for another consultation.

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at Halo Haus's discretion, and the booking deposit may be forfeited.

Out of respect for our guests and reserved appointment times, repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive tardiness may result in restricted future booking privileges.

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. A small processing fee applies to card transactions. Guests wishing to avoid this fee are welcome to pay using one of our fee-free payment options.
