Our Time, Your Time
At Halo Haus, every appointment is intentionally reserved.
We prepare for you before you arrive—your time slot is not just booked, it is held with purpose.
To honor both your time and ours, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a future appointment
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will result in loss of deposit
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits secure your appointment and protect reserved time
- Deposits may only be transferred when rescheduling within the allowed timeframe
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as:
- Missing your appointment without notice
- Arriving too late to complete the service
No-shows will:
- Result in full loss of deposit
- Be recorded on your client profile
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens—but timing matters.
- Clients arriving late may have their service shortened
- If there is not enough time to complete the service, the appointment may be canceled
- Deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation
Grace Period (Discretionary)
We may offer a one-time grace adjustment for emergencies or unexpected situations.
This is not guaranteed and is extended at our discretion.
Same-Day Changes
We do not accommodate:
- Same-day cancellations
- Last-minute rescheduling requests
These will be treated as late cancellations.
Respect for the Space
We have built Halo Haus with intention—calm, focused, and elevated.
Clients who repeatedly:
- Cancel last-minute
- Disregard policies
- Disrupt scheduling
may no longer be accommodated.
Agreement
By booking an appointment through Square or any Halo Haus platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
