Deposits & Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits may be applied toward your final service total

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respect your time, and we ask that you respect ours.
- Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance
- Deposits may be transferred if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

- If the service cannot be completed in the remaining time, the appointment may be forfeited
